Yesterday the Bromley Belles went to Trafalgar Square to take part in an exhibition match at the London Women Euros Fan Park.
The Belles played alongside Goaldiggers and Super Liga in front of the growing crowd ahead of the England Women’s semifinal victory against Sweden last night.
Whilst at the event the Belles were also interviewed for BBC and Sky Sports News as well as making an appearance on the big screens in the fan zone.
Andrea Ellis, Women and Girls Development Officer said: “It’s been great to come to the fan park and showcase women’s recreational football on such an important day for Women’s football. We’ve played lots of football against some really good teams and we’d like to say thank you to Middlesex county FA for inviting us down.”
