Lead Female Community Coach

Bromley FC Community Sports Trust are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed coaches to join our team to help support and deliver on our provisions across the London borough of Bromley.

As a lead coach you will play a central role in building on our successful girl’s football programme across our community trust. You will support our Women and Girls’ Development Officer in the day-to-day operation of all our female community sessions with a focus on increasing participation. You will liaise with parents and be the first point of contact and monitor sessions to ensure they are delivered to the highest standards.

Community provisions include but are not limited to after-school clubs, holiday camps, Midweek and Saturday soccer schools and PAN Disability.

Delivery hours during term-time would typically be between 3pm and 7.00pm (after-school clubs and Midweek sessions) and between 8.30am & 1pm on Saturdays. As for camps, these run accordingly in the school holiday periods.
