ALL medical conditions must be disclosed to Bromley FC Community Sports Trust to participate in our activities.

– Where a medical condition has been disclosed, we cannot administer medication until an individual health care plan has been completed by the parent/carer.

– Where a medical condition has been disclosed, a participant cannot take part in activities unless they bring their relevant medication.
