Bromley FC Community Sports Trust are delighted to be working in partnership with Allegro School of Gymnastics to provide affordable access to high quality, professional pre-school gymnastic lessons at Hayes Lane, the home of Bromley FC.

The Trust’s support means a limited number of places for this coming half term on Thursdays are available at a reduced rate, meaning parents can access the classes for just £5 per session when booked online by clicking here. 

The classes are 45 minutes long and are taught by fully qualified Pre-school staff, who are DBS checked (enhanced), insured and qualified with British Gymnastics. All staff have also completed first aid and child protection and Safeguarding training.

Classes consist of a short warm up and gymnastics, then work weekly on balance and co-ordination, using the four main gymnastic pieces – Floor, Vault, Beam and Bars. Allegro have also purchased an air track and mini trampette, so that the Pre school Angels can work on their tumbling and rebound skills.

Children under the age of three will come into the child/parent class to enjoy quality time with their carer under the guidance of Allegro coaches, whereas children over the age of three attend classes independently while their parent/carer can relax outside and enjoy hot food or drink from Broomfields Bar & Kitchen. Please note that we cannot accommodate siblings in our under 3 classes that wish to sit and watch.

Pre-school gymnastics is a brilliant sporting foundation. As well as building confidence, the classes help children with co ordination, core strength and flexibility, enhancing any other sports the children take part in.
