Trust welcomes kickstarter!
- Community

The Bromley Football Club Community Sports Trust are delighted to welcome Ben Carroll on board as our new Community Administration Assistant.
Ben’s arrival is made possible by the Government’s Kickstart scheme, which supports 16-24 year olds looking for work and provides grants to organisations looking to take the young people on.
Ben commented; “I am absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to work at the Bromley Football Club Community Sports Trust, while also having the chance to have a positive impact on my community. Being able to make a change within my own local area is exciting, and I cannot wait to get stuck in!
The facilities and changes around the club really are astounding. I could not believe how much things have changed since I came to Bromley games as a kid. Even just the atmosphere and feeling with the people I am working around now, it is special.”
Community Manager Matt Hall added; “The Kickstart Scheme is a fantastic opportunity for organisations to take on willing young people who want to make a difference.
We’re grateful for the Government and DWP’s support with the process, as well as the team at the Bromley Job Centre, who have been extremely supportive.
We had numerous strong applications from strong candidates, and it was a tough call, but we’re delighted Ben is on board with us and he’s already proving to be a great acquisition.”
Everyone at Bromley Football Club and the Community Sports Trust welcomes Ben on board!
