Diversita becomes first official Friend of Bromley FC Community Trust

Bromley FC Community Trust is proud to welcome Diversita as its first ever Friend of the Community Trust, joining as a Bronze Partner and marking a significant milestone in the launch of the Trust’s new supporter scheme.

Friends of the Community Trust is a new initiative designed to invite local businesses, individuals and supporters to back the Trust’s growing impact across Bromley. Starting from £250 per year, the scheme offers tiered giving packages that help fund work in employability and training, youth mentoring, mental health support and inclusive sport.

As well as pledging financial support, Diversita will also be providing specialist staff training to the Trust team, helping to strengthen understanding and neuro-inclusive practice across the organisation.

Jeff Hutton, Chief Executive of Bromley FC Community Trust, said: “We’re incredibly proud to welcome Diversita as our first official Friend. I want to sincerely thank Marc and Giulia for putting their trust in us and believing in the work we do. I couldn’t be more delighted that they are our first supporter through this new programme. Not only are they backing us financially, but they’re also sharing their lived experience and expertise in a way that will have a lasting impact on our team and the communities we serve.”

Founded by husband-and-wife team Marc and Giulia Crawley, Diversita is a family run neurodiversity consultancy that works with organisations to help them become more neuro-inclusive.

They do this through training, job boards and annual memberships. Diversita partners with some of the biggest organisations in the UK – including local Bromley businesses.

Supporting the neurodivergent community is incredibly important to Marc and Giulia and they have built Diversita Connect – a digital platform that provides monthly meet ups, weekly webinars, community chats and much more for neurodivergent individuals and their families. Marc Crawley – Director at Diversita said “As a family organisation based right here in Bromley, Giulia and I are absolutely thrilled to see Diversita become the first official ‘Friend of the Community Trust.’

Supporting the Bromley FC Community Trust is a natural fit for us; their commitment to mental health, youth mentoring, and neuro-inclusive sport aligns perfectly with our mission. We couldn’t be prouder to back such a vital local initiative”

Mick Livesey, Chief Revenue Officer of Bromley Football Club, added: “A big thank you to Diversita, the first company to support this brilliant scheme ‘Friends Of The Community’. We are more than a football club; we truly are the heartbeat of our community. The positive impact of our Community Programme is immense, and I couldn’t be prouder of the work being accomplished. Actions speak louder than words, and the initiatives stemming from our Friends of the Community Scheme are genuinely changing lives. I urge everyone to support this brilliant scheme so we can change even more lives together.”
