This Saturday, Hayes Lane isn’t just about football — it’s about driving change, celebrating community, and making every moment count.

We’re thrilled to share that Vertu Ford, a proud partner of Bromley FC, will host their Drive 4 UR Community event at the stadium on Saturday 10th May. For every test drive completed, £30 will be donated to Bromley FC Community Trust, up to a total of £6,000 — directly supporting our programmes across mental health, youth mentoring, inclusion and more.

And it’s all happening during one of the busiest, most exciting days of the year at Hayes Lane.

A Day of Football, Fun, and Giving Back

📍 Test Drive Zone: Based outside Broomfields Bar & Kitchen
🕘 Test Drive Times: From 9am to 3pm

Whether you’re dropping off your child at our Saturday Morning Soccer School or arriving for the much-anticipated Tom Parker Celebrity Charity Match, it’s the perfect chance to test drive the latest New All-Electric Ford Explorer®, Capri® and Puma Gen-E® — and help us create lasting local impact while you do.

Tailored for Our Community

Saturday Morning Soccer School (8am to Midday) is one of our flagship programmes, offering fun, inclusive football coaching for boys and girls aged 18 months to 15 years. While your children enjoy their sessions with our brilliant coaches, parents and carers are warmly invited to take a quick spin in one of Ford’s newest electric vehicles and help raise money for the Trust.

Later in the day, supporters attending the Tom Parker Charity Match — raising vital funds for the Ahead of the Game Foundation — can arrive early, enjoy the fan zone outside Broomfields, and take part in the test drive experience. Turnstiles open at 1pm, with kick-off at 3pm.

A Word from the Trust

“This generous initiative from one of the Club’s key partners is a brilliant example of how football can bring people and purpose together. By supporting the Trust through this event, Vertu Ford are helping us empower our community, and enhance and enrich lives across the borough. Every mile driven this Saturday brings us closer to our mission — inspiring positive change, connecting communities, and creating opportunities for all.” — Jeff Hutton, CEO, Bromley FC Community Trust
