The Bromley FC Community Trust are pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Koroma as its Head of Operations.

This appointment reflects Alex’s unwavering commitment and contributions thus far and his enthusiasm in driving the Trust forward.

Alex has worked in various roles within the Community Trust, having joined as a part-time Operations Assistant back in February 2022, before progressing to a full-time Operations Officer role.

“We are thrilled to promote Alex to this vital new role,” said Jeff Hutton, Chief Executive of Bromley FC Community Trust. “His exceptional contribution and dedication have been instrumental in our growth, and I know that across our wide range of programmes and activities he has become a much loved and familiar face of the Trust.”

In his new role, Alex will continue to oversee and develop the Trust’s day-to-day operations, working closely with staff, volunteers, and local partners ensuring that programmes are effectively implemented and aligned with the Trust’s strategy. His focus will remain on expanding participation across our programmes and activities, promoting inclusivity for all.

“I am honoured to take on this new role and grateful for the support of my colleagues during my time here so far,” said Alex. “It’s been quite a journey already, and one I am definitely grateful to be on! Every day is a different opportunity to better our impact within the community and I look forward to building on the great work already being done and exploring new ways to make a positive impact in our community.”

Alex’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the Trust, as it aims to expand its reach and deliver on its mission to play a leading part in inspiring positive change in the Borough of Bromley, by connecting our Communities and creating innovative opportunities for all.
