Bromley FC Women Welcome Silverwood Financial Solutions as New Partner

Bromley Football Club is delighted to welcome Silverwood Financial Solutions as a new partner of Bromley FC Women ahead of the 2026/27 season.

The new partnership comes at an exciting time for the Women’s team as preparations continue for their first season in the Premier Division of the London & South East Regional Women’s Football League following promotion last campaign.

Silverwood Financial Solutions provides independent financial advice, helping clients gain greater clarity, confidence and direction when planning for their future.

With a focus on building long-term relationships and helping people make informed decisions as their circumstances change, Silverwood shares our belief in investing in people, creating opportunities and supporting the communities around us.

The partnership builds on a memorable 2025/26 season for Bromley FC Women, which saw the team secure promotion to Tier 5, its highest-ever level, while continuing to grow its profile and connection with supporters.

One of the highlights came on International Women’s Day, when more than 1,000 supporters came through the gates at the CopperJax Community Stadium for the fixture against AFC Greenwich Borough – another sign of the growing support for the women’s game here in Bromley.

Bromley FC Women operates as part of Bromley FC Community Trust, with the team playing an important role in the Trust’s wider commitment to creating more opportunities for women and girls to play, develop and enjoy football across the borough.

Jeff Hutton, Chief Executive of Bromley FC Community Trust, said:

“We’re incredibly proud of how far Bromley FC Women has come, both on and off the pitch, and there’s a real sense that we’re only just getting started. We want young girls in our community to be able to enjoy their first experience of football with us and have players representing Bromley FC that they can look up to and aspire to follow.

Partnerships play a huge part in making all that possible, so we’re delighted to welcome Silverwood Financial Solutions on that journey with us. Their support is an investment not only in the team, but in the continued growth of the women’s game here in Bromley.

What has really stood out already is the enthusiasm James, Louise and the whole Silverwood team have shown, not just for Bromley FC Women, but for the wider work of our Community Trust. That enthusiasm is infectious, and it’s exactly what we look for in a partner. We’re really looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together.”

James Mercer, CEO & Independent Financial Adviser, and Louise Bryant, Practice Manager at Silverwood Financial Solutions, added:

“We’re delighted to partner with Bromley FC Women at such an exciting time, following their promotion to the Premier Division.

For us, this partnership is about more than supporting a football team. There are clear parallels between football and financial planning – preparation, commitment, trust, teamwork and having the right people around you.

We’re proud to support the continued growth of women’s football and the opportunities it creates for young girls in our local community. We’re excited to be part of Bromley FC Women’s next chapter and to support their continued success, both on and off the pitch.”

The partnership adds further momentum ahead of an exciting new season for Bromley FC Women, and supporters won’t have long to wait to see the team back in action.

Bromley begin their league campaign this Sunday against Worthing at the FXD Capital Football Campus, located behind the main stadium at Bromley FC, with kick off at 2pm.

Supporters are warmly invited to come along and get behind the team, unfortunately however Broomfields Bar and Kitchen will be closed due to a private event.
