We are proud to launch StrongHER – a brand-new gym-based wellbeing programme designed to support women aged 40 and above across Bromley.
This 10-week course offers free weekly gym sessions in a safe, female-only environment for women who may have never stepped foot in a gym before. Each session is led by a qualified female personal trainer and will support women through the challenges of peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
Sessions are completely beginner-friendly and will focus on both cardio and strength-based exercises.

Playing our Part
“Far too many women in midlife are missing out on the physical, social and mental benefits of being active,” said Andrea Ellis, Head of Women and Girls at Bromley FC Community Trust. “StrongHER is about changing that – giving local women the space and encouragement they need to get active.”
This exciting new initiative builds on the Trust’s ongoing commitment to women’s health and wellbeing – following on from the success of programmes including Bromley Belles Recreational football, Women’s Walking Football and Move and Mingle.
Spaces are limited, so early sign-up is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.
How to get involved
Women aged 40+ who live in Bromley and are interested in joining the programme can register their interest below.
